I'm Scott, a Registered Psychotherapist licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and change, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate that process.
My approach is client-centred and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems and parts informed work, Cognitive-Behavioural approaches, and Trauma-Informed processes to tailor our work to your unique needs. I've always been inspired by nature and the outdoors and what they have to teach us about life.
